Start and write
On the welcome page, read and agree to the documents, then choose Begin your journal. Explore sample journal opens separate examples. From Today, open a question, write and save. Open the result to read the full text, edit, bookmark, download or share. If saving fails, keep the page open and retry; use the copy option offered for an unsaved draft before leaving.
Find content and make a review
Use History to search and filter saved pages or moods. Reset filters if a page is missing. Archive holds bookmarks and saved reviews. In Deep review, select saved source pages, check the date range and focus, then confirm the displayed 12-seed cost. The first private journal receives 36 seeds once per installation. Inspect the seed history if the balance differs from expected. If a source changes, review the selection and retry. Reading and writing remain available after seeds run out.
Photo and audio help
Open Edit profile to choose a library photo or take one, crop and save. Cancel to keep the previous photo. If access is denied, allow camera or photo access in iOS Settings and retry. Settings > Voice reflection lets you record, stop, play and share audio. If recording fails, check microphone permission and free storage, then record again. Share or save the audio before leaving; recordings are temporary.
Export and reminder help
Use Download or Settings export to select a scope and share the resulting file. Reset date filters if the export is empty. If sharing fails, retry or use the available text-copy fallback. To set a daily ritual, export and import the calendar event once. Changing Rimone settings does not update an already imported event; edit or remove it in your calendar app.
Local recovery
If startup shows Try again, free some device storage and retry. Do not delete the app to troubleshoot important unsaved content. Leave journal keeps data and returns to welcome; Continue your journal reopens it. Delete journal is permanent, and exported files must be removed separately.
